If you received a damaged or wrong product, kindly reach out to us via email on namaste@nayher.com within 72 hours of receiving the order. Our team will respond in 24-48 hours for the same.
Once confirmed, the replacement product will be dispatched in 3-4 business days considering the handmade nature for each item.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our domestic orders are shipped using DTDC and India Speed Post depending on the connectivity of pin codes. You will receive a tracking id on email or sms from either of our delivery partners with the tracking id.
Delivery Timeline: 10-15 Business days
Custom orders: 25 Business days
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 2000 below which shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout.

MISSING PACKAGES
If your order has been lost in transit or your tracking says it was delivered and you did not receive it, please email us at namaste@nayher.com. After an order has been delivered to the requested shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
A ticket will be issued with the shipping partner to get proof of delivery and further look into the matter. We are fully dependent on the conclusion received by the shipping partner and will keep you in loop with the same.
